The inspection includes a comprehensive checklist, pictures, and a comprehensive typed summary of the items the inspector in his opinion and experience feels is important to the evaluation of the home. These items may deserve a “second look” or further evaluation by a licensed professional. It may include recommendations for additional testing based upon the inspector’s observations. Every effort will be made to make the process pleasant and informative. The client is always urged to attend the inspection, if possible.
